New Parks/Office

So even though there wasn't a new LOST there was a new parks and office. I unfortunately didn't get a picture of the ribz that Anthony made. They looked and tasted like ribz, they were great. Sean and Sarah made a tasty salad, no pictures of that either. Here are the two pizzas I made. Both were grilled on the bbq using my pizza stone. I highly recommend doing this. You get the great crispy crust from the stone and the smokiness from the bbq. The dough was from a local food co op. The first one is a cheeseless pizza that has a balsamic/wine reduction with carmelized onions, mushrooms, spinach, and thinly sliced tomatoes.



Here's the second pizza. It's some tomato sauce topped with apple smoked sausageless topped with smoked gouda and gruyere.
